The Vargas Family has more than 30 years dedicating to the dairy activity in Costa Rica. Now with the peak of the tourism in the zone, they decided to open their doors to the tourists, so they can know and cohabit with the animals and families that living in their farm.
The property has 70 hectares wich are surrounded by lakes, gardens, secondary forests, rivers, tubers and fruits plantations and, of course, the pastures where more than 400 cows feed, are available so the tourist can learn in an interactive way how a farm works.
Within the facilities the visitor will find are: reception room, milking parlor (where is possible to milk a cow and learn about it), the orchard, the utilization of organic fertilizes, the dairy farm and the stables, the cheese plant and the souvenirs.
